Mr. Coutts Otolo is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Parker Russell Eastern Africa. Having started his career in Audit, Coutts moved into Advisory services early in his career, and has developed specialist skills in Business Performance Improvement, Risk Advisory consulting and governance, as well as Forensics and Investigation.

He has over 38 years of professional experience in related aspects of financial and management consulting and has set up successful accounting and operational in several African countries, both Anglophone and Francophone. Coutts has been a member of the Global Governing Council of ACCA (the largest global accounting organization) and was the first person from Africa to be a member of the Global Council and, for a long time was the only elected member of the global ACCA council from Africa.

Victor Majani

Senior Partner and Director – Assurance & Tax, Parker Russell Eastern Africa

Victor Majani is the Director of Assurance and Tax and has over 20 years of professional experience in audit, tax, business valuation, forensic audit and management consultancy from working in various independent audit firms over the years.

Victor is a member the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) serves as a member of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee of the ICPAK council.  In recognizing contributions by Victor to the development of the accounting profession, the Institute has conferred to a commendation Award to Victor.

Victor is also a Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (CIFAs) and a trained Business Valuer.

Victor is also a member the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU), and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR)

Victor is the Chairman of Audit & Finance Committee the Governing Council of Kenya Alliance of Residents Associations (KARA) – the apex body representing the voice and pro-active action of resident associations on consumers and taxpayers’ rights countrywide.  

Beatrice Mwangi

Beatrice Mwangi has about 16 years of combined working experience in the corporate and donor-funded programs sector. This background has strengthened her role as a Management Consultant, with experience gained from various corporate organizations and public sector entities.

Beatrice’s expertise lies in Organization Development, HR Audits, Strategy Development and Implementation, and HR Strategy. She excels in Management Training across various courses, including Management and Leadership modular programs and Supervisory Skills Training. Additionally, she has significant experience in other strategic management services such as Performance Management systems, policy development, Job Analysis and Evaluation, Job Satisfaction and Evaluation Surveys, Competency Development, and Executive Selection.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Post-Graduate Diplomas in Business Administration and Information Technology, and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management. Beatrice is a certified trainer with the Professional Trainer’s Association of Kenya and a member of the Institute of Human Resource Professionals.

Beatrice has worked with clients across various industries, including governments, parastatals, aid agencies, NGOs, banking, insurance, internet service providers, agriculture, manufacturing, courier service, telecommunications, public relations, and the hotel and tourism industry. She has undertaken assignments in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Botswana, Somaliland, Swaziland, Djibouti, Zimbabwe, and South Africa.
