Michelle is an Assurance Partner with Parker Russell Eastern Africa. Michelle has over seven years of professional experience in audit covering various industry sectors, specifically commercial enterprises. She currently specializes in providing audit and transaction advice to clients in both commercial and not for profit sector and has participated and led various assignments in Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi, Southern Sudan, Djibouti, and Chad.
She has a good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards and International Public Sector Accounting and International Audit Standards; Companies Kenya act 2015 and auditing in an Enterprise Resource Planning environment. She has worked with clients in the following industries: governments, parastatals, aid agencies, NGOs, banking, insurance, internet service providers, agriculture, manufacturing, courier service, telecommunications, public relations, and the hotel and tourism industry.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of commerce Degree in Finance and Post-Graduate Diplomas in Business Administration issue by the Association of Business Executives –UK. She is also a holder of a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance. She is a certified Public Accountant of Kenya and A Certified Fraud Examiners (USA). She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (ICPAK), Association Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Association of Business Executive (ABE) and Association of Women Accountants of Kenya (AWAK).
Patricia Maingi – ACCA

Patricia Maingi FCCA is the Director of Advisory Services at Parker Russell Eastern
Africa. With over 15 years of experience in various industries, both private and public, she has a strong background in governance, compliance, strategic management, financial management, enterprise risk management, special audits, project management, and improving business operations.
Patricia holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce in
Accounting and Finance (Double Major). She is a member of several professional organisations including The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Additionally, she is a Certified Trainer and External Quality Assessor (EQA) with the
Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
Winnie Tumboh

over 15 years comprehensive experience in all facets of human resources. With her
proactive approach and innovative solutions that drives HR effectiveness, she has participated in offering organizational development services and solutions that fit the clients’ business needs across the Eastern Africa Region. Her expertise lies in amongst other core areas; Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Strategic HR Planning, People & Culture/ Diversity and Inclusion, HR Compliance and HR Analytics.
Winnie holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management Option) from JKUAT, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (HR Option) from Moi University, a Higher National HRM Diploma in HR Management from Institute
of Human Resources Management and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kenya Institute of Management.

Wanjira Muchane is currently the Finance Manager and Accountant with Parker Russell Eastern Africa in charge of company’s financial health, financial reporting, and implementation of financial strategies, budget management, ensuring compliance with financial and Tax regulations and others.
